Welcome to the Six Sixty Recordings Website. Home of musician Frank Watts and studio project bands Casino Burn and Tool of the Man. The site recently underwent a total revamp in both design and content. The shop page has been removed as the whole back catalogue is no longer available via the website (limited stocks are available, email for details). More MP3 downloads have been added instead. The discography page now includes reviews and selected tracks from all the releases, and a video page has also been added to the site.
News
May 2009: Casino Burn's "The Eye of the Sun" will feature in the upcoming Surf documentary "21 Days Later - Mentawais" produced by Anthony Butler of Mr B. Productions. The film follows seven of Britain and Ireland's finest surfers on a 3 week boat trip around the Mentawais islands off the coast of Sumatra, Indonesia. The film will also feature music by Jon and Roy, Ruby Rough, Aqualise, JacDaw, War Kittens, Shamantis and Nature Program.
November 2008: The first video has been added to the video page, Casino Burn's "The Eye of the Sun". Edited together by yours truly.
October 2008: A new Casino Burn track has been added to the homepage player entitled "800 Meters from Gaza".
June 2008: 1000+1 Tilt in Greece have re-released "The 24th Hour" cd by Casino Burn. This release features the original 14 tracks, but comes in a completely different sleeve, silk screen printed by hand and limited to 110 copies. For more info on this and other Tilt releases check out the website.
March 2008: 3 new tracks have been added to homepage MP3 player. Namely 2 tracks by Casino Burn entitled "Eddie Temple" and "The Eye of the Sun", along with a new track by Tool of the Man entitled "Fucked". All 3 tracks are available to download.
